Being Black in America causes some struggles and presents some extraordinary challenges. One protests racial and social injustice, but somehow as you grapple with mans existential dilemma, you find yourself rising above superficial differences. It is only then that life takes on a new dimension. In the first part of his writings you will encounter with him the ugliness of racism. Little by little we rise to higher ground where the air is again fresh and sweet.
